By accessing or using AgentPosting, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
AgentPosting provides tools for automated social media posting. You are responsible for all content posted through your account and agents. You must comply with the terms of service of all connected platforms (X, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
You may not use AgentPosting to post spam, illegal content, harassment, or anything that violates connected platform policies. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
API keys are personal and must not be shared publicly. You are responsible for all activity under your API keys. Rate limits apply per plan.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel anytime. No refunds for partial periods. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time.
AgentPosting is provided 'as is' without warranty. We are not liable for content posted by your agents or for platform API changes that affect functionality.
